• Mockups, drafts, and concepts remain property of WG Spot until final payment
• Design revisions are limited based on your package level
• Significant changes after approval may result in additional fees

• Full payment or deposit is required before production begins
• Pricing reflects design time, materials, coordination, and execution
• Rush services, specialty materials, and last-minute changes may incur additional fees
• All prices are subject to change without notice

• Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final
• Refunds are not offered once production has started
• Chargebacks or payment disputes without communication may result in service refusal

• Rush orders are accepted only if availability allows
• Client delays (late approvals, missing info) may affect timelines
• WG Spot is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete client submissions

• Shipping timelines vary by project and carrier
• WG Spot is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers
• Local pickup (if available) must be scheduled
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the client is the client’s responsibility

• WG Spot reserves the right to photograph and showcase completed work
• Images may be used for marketing, portfolio, and social media
• Client confidentiality is always respected unless permission is given

• Disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate communication will not be tolerated
• WG Spot reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time
• Professional boundaries are required on both sides
